Phenolic Duct
Phenolic Pre Insulated Duct comprise a 65-70 kg/m3 nominal density CFC/HCFC free rigid Phenolic insulation core with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), autohesively bonded on both sides to a 80 micron low vapor permeability aluminum foil facing with a thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/m∙K, this is the most thermally efficient insulation product commonly used.
Application
Phenolic Pre Insulated panels as suitable for high temperature as much as 600C and continuous operating temperatures up to 700C. Phenolic Duct has a far superior resistance to burning and spread of flame, and the lowest thermal conductivity of any commonly available insulate at 0.021 W/m·K. A low thermal conductivity allows specified thermal performance standards to be achieved with a minimal thickness of insulation
